Hey everyone i am 4 months pregnant, and thinking of the new baby coming in November.

I have herpes, and take meds, I really dont want to breastfeed becasue i have this problem, even though they say i still can, i want the BEST for my baby so i would rather bottlefeed with the best formula!

Is it wrong to bottlefeed?? Cant the baby get the same nutrients??

I just dont want to risk my baby getting herpes!!!!

Also if i dont breastfeed where will the milk go??? will my boobs leak??

WHAT IS THE BEST BOTTLE FEEDNG FORMULA, AND BOTTLES??

Also what is this about boiling the pacifier in hot water before giving it to the baby???

I need some tips!

please read over the situation below and tell me what the alternatives where , how you would have coped , what you would have done ?

when i was 7 my mother was in a terribly abusive relationship
she was beaten and raped in front of my sister and i
she looked after this mans 2 children also , one was handicapped
after the rape she planned to escape but this man kept watch over her like a prisoner
she found out she was pregnant and knew she had to do something
so one night she ran away with all 4 children while the man lay drunk
she had to take the mans children to their grans and just run off anywhere with my sister and i
we had no clothes, money or personal belongings
she went to her sisters who was the only family she had , but her sister also had children and no room for us all
so my mother left us there until she went to a shelter and eventually found an appartment for us

My TI 84 silver edition seems to crash. Before that there's a battery leakage, i don't know if that will affect the calculator. Then after that, the buttons ( 0 1 4 7 , Sin App X,T,delta,n) cannot work. After some time of trying, the buttons can work, but the calculator flashes a few times and it just died off. Changing of battery does not help. Please help me, my exams are round the corner. Thanks!!!

my ex bf beat me up which is how i met the police man. hes been round a few of times for different reasons. hes seperated from his wife and im pretty sure he likes me, he says stuff like youve got muscey arms and i wouldnt complain if you had no clothes on, i think hes flirting with me. well today he has been round but hes not anymore as there is no need. how can i tell him i like him when all i know is the station he works at and which school is children go to. xxx

My husband and I were watching the news and saw that there was a house fire about 20 miles from our home and the mom and the children got out but the dad died. My husband started talking to me about if that ever happened to us and he said, "If our house were on fire and I had to choose between you and our children I'd choose you. I'd definetely save you."

Now, maybe some women would be happy, but this angered me because our children are supposed to come first.

So I said, "are you out of your mind?"

and he said, "why? what would you do?"

and I said, "save our children! thats our job as their parents to protect them! are you insane? if you saved me and let our children die I'd never forgive you and Id probably just end up offing myself."

And he said, "wow. now I know where we stand."

Now he is angry with me. Am I wrong? Im upset with him because I feel parents should put the safety of their children first. Ugh. Advice please?!?!?!

In some states you can go to a pharmacy and get these red pills that will kill you. This man bought them that was terminally ill. He thought it was nice to know that he always had an option if things got too tough. This story was on the news a little while ago. What do you think?

I personally dont think this should be allowed. Terminally ill patients should be able to use it in certain situations, but hink of how many depressed teens and adults would steal these pills and abuse them. What are we really creating with this product? The right to suicide.

im going crazy im about to lock myself in my room an let her cry it out rolling on the ground in the livingroom. She seems to cry and whine all day on and off for what? i don't understand what she's wanting. i feel horrible as a mother im about to buy earplugs. when she does this she seems so unhappy and it makes me feel sad, that she's crying this way? any advice on how to handle this? i try to keep my cool, but i have spanked her bottom for continueing to cry and raised my voice to her.i guess i need some parenting skills??

I always seem to meet guys that have not got over their ex's or have completely mentally scared them for life!! We meet up and we go out then a few dates later its usually i have got back with my ex or i am not ready for a relationship. My boyfriend and I broke up a year ago after 5 years together. He dumped me for some girl he works with. I was so hurt and cried for 8 months. I was finally moving on when he contacted me to tell how much he misses me and how much I still turn him on and he wants to get together to... you know, but he's still with this other girl!! They live together. I don't know what to think. I still love him so much. If his relationship with his new girl was so great, he wouldn't be willing to risk their relationship to mess around with me, right?? Now I'm sad again and I don't know what to think. My husband (who was recently diagnosed with diabetes) was just called by his doctor asking him to come in for an ultrasound of his liver. What are they looking for? Do all people diagnosed with diabetes have to have their liver ultrasound-ed? What will be the worst news we can expect? I just want to be prepared...

I love my cat. I feed him, play with him, exercise him, on and on and on. We cuddle. He is an Abby but he got an extra dose of Abbyism. He follows me all day and talks. He complains if I don't give him attention 24/7. My partner says I have spoiled him and now he is frozen in perpetual kittenhood. All he wants is me. Not my partner, not the otehr cats, just me. It is kind of getting on my nerves. Sometimes I put him in a separate part of the house (several rooms) but he meows his head off nonstop and can keep it up for hours. I don't want to torture him. What cn I do? I work at home and give all my pets good attention.

I hear a lot of people claiming that it is impossible to get rid of flab/cellulite no matter how hard, or how much you work out/lift weights/etc.

Is this true?

I was always under the impression that if you did a lot of cardio, and lifted weights in the areas you needed, that these problems (flab, etc) would go away if you put in a genuine effort.

Am I wrong? I keep getting told that if you let your body actually fall into that type of slump that the only option is surgery to get rid of the flab. That seems silly to me, though. Is it just the opinion of lazy people that you need surgery? Or is it true?
