because if you are psychic you can only sense what is there for you to sense, and you cant choose what you want to see in the future. it is just like any of the other of your other senses in that way.
Something either tastes bad or tastes good, and you can't decide what you want it to taste like it just tastes that way.
I am not sure if I should admit how I know the answer to this. However, I do know the answer.
Much Love,

Quite frankly I think there is a general limitation on psychic abilities that you have to use them to help others. I can never tell my own fortune or know what is going to happen to me, and can barely once in a blue moon get some type of general advice to try to avoid disasters myself. But for others, I can do it all day long. Most of the answers are all about self-empowerment. Games of chance, like the lottery, never come into play - and nobody has ever asked me for them too. Probably someone with future visioned clairvoyance would actually be able to see the winning numbers.

Dear Fran,
You will never see the headline "Psychic Wins Lottery" because 99 percent of them are fakes. The other 1 percent have real psychic abilities but these are limited to non-finacial-gain such as helping to find missing adults, locating missing children, predicting earthquakes, predicting sunamis, telling when a woman is pregnant, predicting when a woman will have a baby, and many other examples, but never for finacial gain. Chicago talk-show host Wally Philips had a box with money in it. For over 25 years he told people that if they could phone in and tell him how much money was in the box, he would send it to them. Over 100,000 people called in over the years but no one ever got the money. On the other hand, Greta Alexander of Peoria, Illinois helped police from all over the USA and many other countries find over 100 missing loved ones. Many other "true" psychics help the police in solving cases. If I could be blessed with psychic abilities, I would love to be able to help find missing or abducted children. That's one of my greatest desires. But, if I had that ability, I wouldn't, for a minute, try to use it to win the lottery. It was very smart of you to think about it.

Because we keep it to ourselves. Once it hits the newspaper, there's no end of people demanding proof and predictions. Most psychics prefer to work with willing participants and not show off, or freely give out their special gifts. A plumber and an artist don't--why should a psychic? Besides, once a prediction is made, it alters, so skeptics would always have something to scoff about. We just go for the smaller winnings and use our day job as our occupation.
