Just be there for both and make it plain that your on both sides. They will eventually get over whatever happened. Just be very careful and don't get caught in the middle, b/c most friendships can get ruined this way. Make it clear to both of your friends that you don't want to be caught in the middle, but you will be there for both of them. And if they refuse to hang out all together then respect that and make plans to spend time with each apart... but don't spend time with the other to talk about the other.... Friendships can be quite difficult when fighting is involved. But I will say the fighting will make friendships stronger as well.

Sit them down, if you can get them in the same room. And tell them that they both have things that you like about them. You get along well with each one and it's not a bad thing. Then say that they don't have to worry about it when you hang out with the other one because you are a respectful friend and that they don't have to worry about you talking behind her back if she is worried about that.

Tell them to grow up and get over their silly argument. Just because the two of them can't get along right now doesn't mean they get to dictate what you do. Watch out though, these girls could just as easily turn on you too.

Stay away from both of them so they can settle their dispute without using you for a scapegoat.

If you are really friends, they would not be asking you to do this and you should relay this to her. She has no authority to demand who you should be friends with. Sounds like a maturity issue to me.
