Why the violation? Was I not PC enough for Conservatives?

I got this violation today:

Question: Clinton Owes Lead in Poll To Support From Women - WHAT? She is not a good role model at ALL is she?

the violation notice didn't show the rest of the askers remarks:
"Abused, humilated, lying, enabler woman has a LEAD in the polls due to other WOMEN!!!! She is EVERYTHING I teach MY DAUGHTER NOT TO BE!!!!!!"

So, apparently a conservative can call an elected official a liar, but if I call a conservative a "Clinton Hater" I get reported....
Funny, I always thought it was the Conservatives that said it was the Liberals that did all the violation reporting. Looks like it is the other way around.

What would you do if your fiance ripped your ring off your finger?

We got into an argument last Saturday night and he said
"Give me my ring back"
I said "You gave it to me, its my ring."
"Well I bought it. Give it to me."

So he came over to me, ripped the ring off my finger, and wouldn't let me leave the room. After he sat there for awhile, he forced the ring back on my finger and expected me to forgive him. I ended up sleeping on my counch (in my own apartment) just so he'd leave me alone.
He says he is sorry, he was just being stupid kuz he was mad and had been drinking.

What should I do?

i have lived in both a major city and i am from a small town.i have noticed differences in the behaviour of people in both places.what norms are likely to happen in small towns example there is more intimacy and gossip. tendency to be more religious etc.opinions?

Should I ever come out?

In my sophomore year, I came out to my parents as being a bisexual. But, as years passed by (Now I'm 17, a senior), I realized that I am actually a lesbian because i've only been attracted to girls physically and mentally. Everyone pretty much knows about my sexuality except my parents and relatives, but i feel like i'm cheating them out for not telling them, but i'm, afraid because my mom cried for 3 days when i told her. what should I do?

Never wants to discuss problems. Ignore them and they'll go away.?

My husband never wants to discuss problems when they arise between us. He is non-confrontational to the point of completely ignoring things. I've even tried to discuss THIS problem with him but nothing changes. We had a disagreement recently which was not resolved and he wants to act like nothing happened, hug me, "Love you honey", and I'm still seething over the disagreement. We've been together for nine years and fortunately do not have a lot of problems or disagreements but when we do it is always this way. I don't want to seem childish and hold on to hurt feelings or drag out a disagreement but I think we should at least discuss how we each feel whether we can completly agree and solve the problem or not. Suggestions??? Anyone else in a relationship like this?

I am in a long term relationship of 17 years, I have the education, finances, time and support structure to raise a child well. Would you allow me to adopt a child?

Exercise for those of us who work 40 hours/week?

For those who work 40 - 50 hours a week, do you exercise in the morning, after work, after dinner, on your lunchhour? Which method has worked best for you?

My family has tried after dinner, but we have no energy from working all day. We're trying to get up earlier, eat breakfast, then work out, but getting up and motivated is tough. Thanks for the help!

What's a good resource to learn to build a circuit based on a schematic -- without learning electronics?

I often find schematics online for circuits I'd like to build. I know my way around a soldering iron and I know where to get parts, but my knowledge of electronics is limited.

I'm looking for a resource that will let me translate what I seen in a schematic into something I can build without learning the theory. (Yes, this makes me a poser and a Bad Person. I accept this.)

Is it just a matter of connecting *this* lead from *this* component to *that* lead from *that* component? I see many with, say, a +12V connection -- where does the -12V connect? That's the kind of stuff that I'm looking for answers to.

Yes, I know I should learn all the background, but honestly I'm only planning the occasional tinkering, and I didn't learn organic chem to start a garden. :)

Does your credit rating go up if you buy a car with cash?

I want to buy a new car because I want to boost up my credit rating so I can get a house later in life. Now I have enough money to purchase a decent car with cash. Will this affect my credit rating? Maybe I should get the loan and pay it off quickly?
