Let the cat name itself!
When we get a new cat or kitten we watch it for a few days and the cat always has something worthy of a name.
Evinrude: as a kitten his purring could be heard 2 rooms away
The Gonif: from a shelter, he tried stealing everyone's food until he figured out there was food for everyone (Gonif means thief in Yiddish)
Jeeves: a tuxedo cat, even as a kitten he was "In charge"

Well I have a white and orange cat and her name is Lily. I think Lily would be a cute name for a girl and for a boy I would have to say Tucker ;)

You can name him/her any human name, but I'd say, since the cat's orange, call him/her one of the following:
Tangerine
Mango
Orangey
Marmalade
If you don't like those and the cat is a male, call him Prince. If the cat is a female, call her Princess or Queenie.
