My bank went from offering me one interest rate, then increased it to another rate and now want to increase it to another. I refuse to pay such a high interest rate! Will my earnest money be reinbursed if the appraiser and surveyor have already completed their work???

So my cat threw up a hairball this morning and there was something in it, looked just like an earthworm, but much smaller diameter.

Anyways, does this mean she has worms? And what can I do for her? She has a vet appt. on Thursday, can she wait until then? She seems fine.

So my bf and i have an ldr right now...he's pretty far away. He has this child hood friend who is female, i have known about her from the beginning, they were babies together, dated at one point and i know they had sex at some point, in high school, they're 24 now. He told me that they'll always be friends and she is one of his best friends. I cant say she ever came between us, but I feel jealous. I feel like, maybe he'll always have a thing for her. He tells me he doesnt, that they are friends, that's all they'll ever be, he loves me. I didnt really hear from him over the weekend, then i checked his myspace page and there are always messages from her. Things that say, how are you, miss you, call me. I told him she needs a life, he just comes back with, we're just friends, i talk to you way more than i talk to her. One of her messages said, i havent heard from you, what's up. The most recent note says, what's up with all the crazy drunk texts from you this weekend? What should i think?

The universe is as a balloon once it grows to big it burst.
Therefore, when the universe grows too big it will explode, so there is the big bang. The big bang is the end of the universe and also the beginning.
All forms of life, because the universe is alive, only have a certain amount of growth, such as an ant colony or a rabbit warren. Once it grows too big, it has to self-destruct.
I hope that makes sence, it does in my head.

I am not a lawyer or an estate agent, but it seems to me that when you "buy" a house on leasehold, you're paying the same as for freehold (where you would get the deeds and become the legal owner), but instead you just get the right to live in the property for a certain period without actually owning it. Once the lease expires, your investment of tens (hundreds?) of thousands of pounds is worth nothing, while the real owner can make an obscene amount of money by "selling" the property again while holding onto the deeds.

I can see what's in it for the owners, but why would anyone "buy" a house that they'll never actually own?

If the UK government really believes that everyone should have the right to own their own home, isn't it about time they abolished this archaic and ridiculous practice?

I have 2 rabbits (10 weeks old) they live together in a hutch and seem to get on very well. When I put them in the run they are fine for a while but then one of them chases the other and keeps tying to mount her. Have I been given a male or could a female rabbit do this??
