wouldnt being a soldier and killing the enemy soldier be the same thing? Shouldnt the soldier that killed the enemy also get arrested?

I mean, a vilgilante is sort of the same, killing a murderer/serial killer means that person may not kill again, means that some lives may have been saved. A soldier is killing to protect his/her country. So in a way both are doing the protecting.

So why should a vigilante that kills a murderer get arrested?

Landscapers started putting our lawn in today. It had lots of and very long weeds, wild grasses and wildflowers growing. They spread out black dirt over the entire lawn without doing anything to the weeds, just left them there as is. They are then going to sod over the black dirt. Is this a dissaster waiting to happen? I had a spiral perm back in February and my hair has really grown out like about three inches since then and it looks bad.
I want to reperm it but my mom says not to until this perm fades all the way out because it will fry my hair really bad.
Do I wait or get another one?

These dreams have often shown up through the past 2 or 3 years, and they always follow the same sequence. I'm watching a horror movie on television, and I turn it off halfway through. Then the horror movie comes to life in my dream. Last night, in my dream, I was being followed by a spirit in a mirror (through the movie I turned off in the tv). In the dream before that, a couple of months ago, I think it was a monster of some kind, I think vampires. These dreams are really starting to disturb me, and I always end up running around in the dreams, until I wake up. Also, I don't even watch horror movies or like them in real life, so I'd really like to stop these nightmares pronto. Thanks.
