Placing used tea bags over your eyes for 10-15 minutes will reduce the puffiness. After you've made your cup of tea, allow the bag to cool to the touch and then place them over your eyes and the puffiness should reduce.. Also, Preparation H also works, but it contains Benzocaine (the active ingredient that causes the shrinkage), so be sure you're not allergic.. Other than that, there are OTC products made by companies like Oil of Olay that are created specifically for the problem.

I have been using Mary Kay products for over ten years now and I love them. I'm 46 and people are truly shocked when I tell my age! They have a daily cleansing system that includes a cleanser, freshener, eye firmer and moisturizer. Their product are expensive compared to over the counter stuff but you need very little and one kit lasts for many months. If you go to the Mary Kay web site (not sure what it is so just google it) you can find a representative in your area. She will come to your house, probably give you a nice relaxing facial, and then she'll determine your skin type and suggest the right products for you. Also, I have very sensitive skin and have never had an allergic reaction to Mary Kay. Check it out. I highly recommend it. And no, I"m not a Mary Kay rep looking for business.

Try preparation H, it's supposed to help with bags under your eyes. Just pat some on before you go to bed.
