I want to move out of state. After living in my house for 31 yrs.
I have so much accumalation of stuff, that I don't want to go with
a realtor and have people coming to my home while I am sorting all of this stuff to decide what to get rid of and what to keep. I figure the best way is to get an investor or rehabber that can look past the clutter and see the potential in the house.
I think it will sell quicker. I am not behind in pmts. so am not in
a desparate situation that I will take whatever I am offered for the house.

an equity line of credit of about 10,000. We have good credit but have a bankruptcy on our credit from about 3 years ago. I know that is bad but other than that everything lookd really good. Our credit score is right below 700. No one wants to help us because our home is considered a mobile home. It's bricked and considered real property. Who should we ask? Has anyone out there who has a mobile home got an equity lline of credit? Please tell me with who you did so we can call them. A direct e-mail to the company would be great too. Any suggestions? does anybody know if the children of jehovas witness families are allowed to socialise with kids who are not jehovas witnesses ?we have a family next door with 4 really nice kids, but whenever any of the kids on the block ask them to join in the fun, they just won't. don't like to ask the parents if its just what they do. my sister thinks that they are not allowed to mix outside of the faith...anyone know thanks

In the old days, this is when a spanking would come into play. It's sick the way you have turned away from YOUR lord! Let me tell you, it is not usually fun to get spanked! I have asked several questions on here and I get mixed opinions. I have come to the conclusion that my husband is "acting" like he is angry just to derail me from asking him any questions and to discourage me from talking to him about anything. For instance, just about every single time we get into an argument he will either run into another room and shut the door or leave for hours. Five months ago he cheated on me and keeps telling me he can't deal with me wanting to rehash what happened between him and her. He also said that if I wanted to move on I would stop talking about it. He said he knows I will not forget but I should move on. It's not that easy. He is not a violent person but as of lately he has started flipping chairs and slamming things to show me he is upset. He didn't start doing this until several months ago. As long as I ball up and cry and get out of his ear he is fine. But when I am persistent he gets upset. Is he playing games? If so, how can I stop it?

I adore both colors but I am very pale skinned and have blue eyes. I am afraid that if I go to bright that I will look wierd because of my skin. Im trying to hopefully decide to do some of my hair pink or all of it. I also have blonde hair that is to my shoulders that is layered with side swept bangs. PLEASE HELP

So, what is it about Dream Theater?

They're popular around the world, but here (especially in my area), you're lucky to find 10 fans in a given area.

They're an extremely talented band, and wonderful musicians that bust their a$$e$ to make killer music, and I can understand people not liking progressive rock, but it's amazing the amount of popularity they have in foreign countries, such as Japan, Italy, etc.

Any ideas of why this is, fellow fans?

I was with my sister and mom at my moms house in the dream and they wouldnt let me go to my home for him so he could find/save me. my sister insisted i go fill the vehicle with gas first and that he would find me. I told her the gas stations would be closed but she insisted gas was more important, just steal the gas. I was panicing wanting to go to where i thought my fiance would look for me. VERY SCARY DREAM! When i woke, my fiance was next to me asleep and i just grabbed him and held on to him to feel secure. What does this mean? Please! So you know, I'm divorced and seperated from my kids by 1600 miles right now. X wants me back but am in love with fiance. He thinks this has something to do with it.
