In 1967 Governor Ronald Reagan signs SB 53, the legislation allowing the use of other languages of instruction in California public schools.
This bill overturned the 1872 law requiring English-only instruction.

Do you people realize this is a forum on Immigration and not for bashing mexicans?!?

Every other question I read on here is blame mexicans for this, blame mexicans for that. Even when people say they're mexican, Or even freakin' say something pro mexican, you take off your clan hood so you can type better and sit there and say
"Well Boy, why dont you done go back to your own damn country" which actually was a real answer, but i took out the spelling mistakes.

Painful tooth?

Brief history - I didn't go to the dentist for 9 years (stupid - I know) and then around a year ago I developed a bad toothache and had to go. I had to have a root canal in that tooth, and I ended up getting fillings of varying sizes in pretty much all my other molars/premolars. Anyway, I finished with all the fillings etc about 4 months ago and everything was fine, but over the weekend I've started to get a toothache again and it's getting worse. It's in one of my back teeth on the bottom left, it's got a pretty big filling in it, that covers a lot of the top of the tooth, but it was done about 9 months ago and never gave me any problems until now.

Any ideas what the problem could be? I've made an appointment to see my dentist on Wednesday but I'd like to know what the likely problem is, and what he's likely to do.

is there a FREE way to totally dump all info in my computer to just start fresh to restart it?

i went to do a system restore to earlier date & that was done then some how it will just go through 3 screens from the dell welcome screen to windows scree to a blue screen says system is restoring someone please help!!!!!!!1

How do I tell my husband I want a divorce??

I've been married for 15 yrs and w/him for 22. The relationship has been somewhat disfunctional from the start...not sure why I've let it go on for so long. We have 2 kids together, but I'm just not happy. I have met someone that I believe would treat me like my mom said I should be treated.. What do I do? Do I stay at home so my kid's lives aren't turned upside down? Or do I look to make myself happy?

Car pulling toward the right.?

I just got new rims on my car and I noticed that it was really pulling towards the right. I went back to the dealer and they rotated the rim to the back. It seemed to help somewhat, but it still is pulling right. Do you think it's an alignment issue?
