used to say to me "throw them hard " whilst teaching students , i did not agree with him then as i do not now , i think my students learn just as well without me breaking their butts .I like to think i am showing them what they can do rather than what i can do , i just wondered if anyone else has come across a similar problem . i mean now that i think of all the injuries i have accumulated , over the years , i tend to think i could have learned just as well without the no pain no gain thing ,

looking at women. I don't stare, but I do look and observe. I especially enjoy seeing a woman dressed up in a skirt, high heels, etc. Does it bother you if a man looks at you when you are out in public? Paul claims that Jesus' appearance and crucifixion is taking place in the end of the world, meaning in the end of time.

Well, its already 2007 years after the supposed incident and the world is still around.... Well dear Christians, won't you agree Paul made a mistake in mentioning the end of time, after Jesus' sacrifice?
Needless to say about Paul's other contradictions, he had made mistakes after mistakes. Yet, its difficult for you Christians to admit it. Read the Bible in a logical and rational way, without being bias. Won't you still agree, that Paul is Not Trustworthy?

Hi everyone,

I am currently doing some skin whitening research and would like to know more about this skin whitening thing.

All I know now is that for the skin whitening topical cream to work, the cream must be able to inhibit or reduce the production of melanin. It is usually done so by using HQ which contains mercury that can induce unwanted effect.

I have also come across Kojic acid along with variations of vitamin C that helps in inhibiting the enzyme which is used for producing melanin.

Can anyone give me more insights on this topic and if possible tell me some of those tyrosinase inhibitor that is "mercury-free" if there are any. Thank you.

My hair is wavy and I'm a brunette and I'm thinking about doing something different to my hair. I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of long layers with a v-shape in the back. The length of my hair is about waist-length and I don't want to take away much of the length because I like my hair long. The shape of my face is oval. I want to make sure that whatever hairstyle I get, it looks great on wavy hair but also looks great on straight hair because I straighten my hair occasionally. stopped taking the pill in january...i had a normal period january...february i had sex unprotected a few times...i didnt have a period till march 27th....(and havent had a period since then) have had unprotected sex more than once the last time was on the 23rd of May (2 weeks ago) but he didnt ejaculate in me...still no period...i took a pregnancy test but it came back negative but told to take it again in a couple of weeks as i cud've taken it too early. last week (a week after unprotected sex) i had brown spotting...the spottin has increased (about a tablespoon a day) and is still occuring (its been a week now). i have no symptoms of pregnancy apart from feelin sick at times, being constipated and i also have cramping in my lower abdomen...what are my chances of being pregnant? i dont know my ovulation days as my periods have been irregular for the past 6 months...i am not stressed or anxious... please help

Why was it so hot back then with a fully functioning Ozone layer? Surely it would have been freezing? And could global warming not be caused by the sun getting closer to us every year??? I know that the sun is getting colder but it is also getting closer, could this be another cause of the hole in the ozone layer, could it be burning thru from that side? Arent the problems caused by the heat getting in thru the hole and not being able to get back out of the layer so why not destroy the layer completely and let the heat bounce back???? Just like declawing, I would never do this to a cat. However, I saw one being shaved in Pet Smart and asked about it. They said people do it all the time to "keep the cat cool". I asked my vet and people from the SPCA who all said "no way" that it is not really good for them. They have gotten along just fine the way they are for thousands and thousands of years without being shaved. I have four long haired cats who always seem to find the coolest place in the house during the summer and are not uncomfortable at all.

The cat at Pet Smart was amazingly calm while undergoing this but afterwards I was embarrassed for him. He has a poofy head and poof on the end of his tail and that was it. I hope they don't let him outside, he'll get sunburned.
