I take admiration as a compliment. I'm never offended and most women wouldn't be.
Attractive women (not conceited women) know that they are attractive so they know when they are out in public people will look and acknowledge their beauty.
Conceited Women will do extra stuff because they crave the attention and sometimes their beauty is in their head. That's why some women dress provocatively.
You would have a field day at my place of employment all the women are rocking 3-6 inch Christian Louboutin's and power skirts. It's like a fashion show for business women.

Not feeling the Bangkok heat? Visitors can opt for its indoor tearoom, decked out with Indian fabrics and Moroccan furnishings. As for the teas, anything under the Middle Eastern sun can be found on its menu, from Morocco to Lebanon, with a few blends from India too. There are also a number of fruity teas for those not into the spice.

Though most people come to Al Majlis for its liquid menu, the Moroccan dishes deserve no less respect.

They show up at semiformal events, too, as an alternative to the more expected pumps, stilettos or strappy sandals. If they're your style, there's no reason not to wear them with that little black dress or another cocktail dress as long as the frock is short enough or otherwise can show them off. New rules are more relaxed, and checking with the host or hostess is a good idea so you don't over or underdress, "Real Simple" says. Neither the old rules nor the new, however, say a word about shoes.

So long as he isn't rubbing himself....lol.
No really, there is a line between an appreciative glance, even look. But staring or gawking is creepy. Staring at particular body parts with a deer in the headlights look is also unacceptable. You need to be sure that you observations don't come across as creepy.
If a guy has got a creepy stare going, I either roll my eyes or turn the other direction or whatever it takes to avoid any confrontation.
If he's got an appreciative glance or two I smile. If he makes contact with a nod or smile or wave or hi; I reciprocate, but won't make anything more of it.
I'm not being conceded, because this isn't a good thing. I've been noticed all my life, big boobs, big blue eyes, strawberry-blonde so I don't do anything to encourage looks, because its usually the wrong kind, the creepy kind that I get if I do. Shuddering at the memories of the nasty creeps and cat calls. Any woman's nightmare.

For me it depends. If the guys are staring at me in a creepy, stalker vibe then I try to walk away from them as fast as possible but if it is just a glance from a few guys my age then I don't mind. I do tend to wear skirts and certain shirts if I want that attention but I hardly ever do, other than that I just wear what I want regardless of stares. Hope I helped!

I dont think it will bother me at all as long as u dont stare. Cause I hate men who stare at me!!! Well, its flattering for women to be noticed, it gives them the boost. Of course most women want to look attractive with or without a man beside them. There are many factors women would do to encourage their looks... breast implants, botox, all women want to look beautiful, they are vain just like men.

well nothing wrong in it.we women also appreciate good looking guys and who are nicely dressed!!i feel complimented if i am not stared.but if a guy stares it just shows he is not a gentleman but some jerk.yeah mostly girls encourage this look from guys by glancing back or smiling or showing that they are happy.for me,depends on my mood.i will encourage the guy if i wanna flirt.

Ipersonally don't mind looks like lil glance i actualy find them flattering but gawking is just plain creepy and if they speak to me sexually before intelctualy then i know he's a corn dog and ask him to leave before i call the cops!
in other words use the head with a brain in it when you see a girl wearing a skirt and heals!

I don't mind as long as he doesn't start to make cat calls or whisper words under his breath as I am walking by. I don't do anything to encourage looks though because the only man I want looking at me is my man ;)

I usually pretend not to notice. It's no big deal to me. I look at guys too.
I love the eye contact from a hot guy though. It shows a great deal of confidence and that is really sexy.
