In the past 2 weeks I have beeen having extreme weakness.Especially in my arms.Its hard for me to even get up to do something.What could this be?

From what you describe this could possibly be diabetes, which is serious. You need to go and get an examination from your medical doctor as soon as possible. call and make an appointment today.
