The fact of the matter is if it were anyone else, regardless of race, sex whatever.. just an average person in the world they would have had to serve the entire sentence...
For all those who keep talking about overcrowding, SHE WASN'T AT A FEDERAL PENITENTARY, she was at a low-security facility that most celebs get sent to.
If she were to hit and kill one of your family members driving drunk with a suspended license all of you ppl who feel sorry for her would surely change your tune.
There is no excuse at all for her early release. The damn attourney won't even give a straight answer as to why she was "re-assigned" LMAO!!! Everything we have heard in the news is pure speculation and absurd to say the least.
And besides, there are plenty of ppl behind bars with ACTUAL medical issues who will never see the light of day so to have released her on those grounds is asinine.
The American justice system is looking absolutely foolish right now. The sheriff who let her free should be dismissed from his job due to the fact that sheriffs' don't even have the authority to overturn sentences passed down by judges.
The judge who has ordered her back to jail should be commended for enforcing his original decision.
No one is above the law.
And for all those wondering why she is so hated... It's not because she is rich, famous or good-looking.. It's because she has absolutely NO TALENT whatsoever and furthermore she doesn't use her fame or money to align herself with ANY cause (world hunger, environmental issue etc...) She just exists and twirls her hair and says "Thats' hot". She is a waste of oxygen and she needs to be punished for her irresponsible actions.

It's the way this damn country works...The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. While people like Hilton don't even know what the phrase "catching a raw deal" means, while the average person like us doesn't know what "Having it made" means. it's been going on for years, I mean really look at Scooter Libby That asshole screwed our government over and he gets a slap on the wrist and a big fine. It all comes down to the allmighty dollar. Thats why I don't vote or take part in any kind of star worshiping. They are all worthless tools who could be paid off. All elections are rigged in some way whether the union gets support from politicians so the whole union votes for them or they rig the polls by paying off an inside man. This **** happens. Stars are the same way and if that doesnt say something about old man Hiltons political swagger I don't know does. Hes got all the judges and politicians "in his pocket".
So F Paris Hilton and every other star/powerful person who can't accept responsibility for their actions like the rest of America is forced to do.

You are half right. It isn't just having money. Fame has a lot more to do with it. There are plenty of rich kids who still end up in jail when it is warranted. But getting out after only 3 days can only be accomplished by the kind of influence that fame brings to celebrities.
Look at Robert Downey Jr. How many times was he caught on drugs and in posession of drugs before he finally had to do any really time? The courts let them go to so called re-habs that are really luxury spas instead of jail.
There is a royalty class in America and it is the famous.

I'm not sick. I'm annoyed and amused. It is only upsetting because that so many people go to jail and have a hard time coping. They don't get put placed on house arrest for it. What happens a year from now when she's back out partying, decides to drive drunk and kills someone? Have we forgotten that this girl drove down the WRONG WAY with her headlights OFF? She could have killed someone. But eh, what's it matter? She's a decent looking blonde white girl with a lot of money. We are supposed to handle those type with kid gloves.

IT totally disgusts me. She's a whiny little spoiled brat. (cue sound effects of baby crying).
She will NOT learn a lesson if she only has to serve 4 days. They should have put her in the full 40 something, WITH THE COMMON PEOPLE, offering the same protection from other inmates that they offer to all the inmates.
She has to stay at home? Come ON!! Can't you imagine what her home is LIKE?? Not prision, not punishment, that's for sure. If I get to stay at her home for 40 days if I drive drunk, hand me a margarita and my car keys right now! Oh, wait.. I don't drink.
Anyways.. She has been driving DRUNK. She could have killed a child! You're telling me it's not worth more than 4 days in the slammer?

I agree! Good point. House arrest in a mansion with servants and anything at your disposal? Some punishment. The average person would have to stay in jail and do the time. The jail probably released her since if something had happened to her (beaten up, attacked, etc) they didn't want to be responsible! The only medical condition she has is "nobrainnomoralitis". A joke!

Cute face(gotta kidding, just a lot of make up in),a big heritage, lot of fans, and a little brain...
¨I´m going to think more seriously about what i have done and be more responsable of my actions...¨
FOUR DAYS LATER
¨Mommy,PLEEEASEE, pay some money for my fredom,i can´t stand here, heres many weird people and i think that they´re crazy because they talk about hunger, and being on poor situation, and unfear treatment¨
I think that famous people wouldn´t play with justice like that just for make more money and publicity...And also everyone could notice that was just a trick because of the reaction of the media and the fashion world.
And like Trump Could say: ¨Sorry, Is not personal just bussiness¨

Of course. I was hoping they would lock her there forever and throw the key into some very far away sea. But then, Michelle Rodriguez faced a longer sentence and was out pretty soon as well, so I guess is more a problem of the legal system

I wish there was a way to put the people who let her out early. Make them serve the time, Or release every single person currently serving time for the same offense. Give every one of them house arrest. I hope they riot in the jail.
