I'm a guy raising my daughter. She's 9 yo. Anyway the mother has been hooked on meth for about 8-9 years(that's why I raise my daughter) I've tried to keep things cool and not use the court system.
But this week she was with her mother. I picked her up yesterday and she started telling me about she went to the mountains with her mom, and they went to a boarded up cabin and there were booby-traps and a gun under a matteress, and she was talking about she seen some tubes and tunnels.
I'm PISSED!! this sounds like a drug lab to me!! Please help, what should I do?, and where should a start? I don't want my daughter to have anything to do with her mother anymore. has this happened to you? what do I do? I'm so mad I can't think straight.

In South Carolina a teacher was sentenced to 10 years for having sex with student... He was a 11 year old student.. Do u think she got enough time???

Because I dont, I think they should throw away the key, she was definetly old enough to know right and wrong, and he was just a child. They go through enough peer pressure at school without dealing with teachers like this. GOD has it came down so low that we have to worry about our grade school kids?? And what if this had been a male teacher, you think 10 years is all he would have got. (Dont think so!!!!!)

she says: US police officers can go to iraq and become military police w/o having gone through military bootcamp....also they can be military police in Iraq and come home and become street police officers.

I say: even if they are police at home they have to have gone through boot camp prior to becoming a military police, just like every other soldier. they cannot be US street police officers and just head to iraq and become military police. they need more training.


which of us is right? there's $20 on this, lol.

There's a lady at work who is Jewish and keeps using my savior's name in vain and in a cussing sort of way. However, since she's Jewish then she doesn't believe that Jesus was the massiah therefore, for her it's no different then taking any one elses name in vain. Is it a sin? Why does she take my savior's name in vain when she doesn't even believe in him? Instead of saying JESUS CHRIST! why can't she say JOHN DOE!!!!! If you don't believe that Jesus was the savior then why speak his name at all?

My sibling leaves her dog outside in hot weather (85+) and she has only two trees in her backyard. The dog has a black coat like my border collie. Ive told her more than once black coat-dogs need special attention during the summer. She thinks I am over-reacting and as long as the dog has plenty of water he is fine. Who is right?

We are on a pretty tight budget for our wedding but we also have a ton of people that we both want to and are obliged to spend the day with. The location we are looking at only can accomodate 80 people. If we were to choose this location for our reception site it would be cutting out first cousins immediately and most of our friends. I have already looked into other locations but the cost is very high.

Would it be a lot to ask to have a multi day wedding.
I was thinking having the ceremony and then having a brief cocktail reception or something of the likes where we could invite our expanded list of everyone we want to be there and all the ones we have to invite. Then the next day have our reception where we invite all of the people that we are obliged to invite to an actual reception.

Does this sound like too much or too ambitious. I'm also afraid of making people mad by inviting them to one party but not the other....I am so confused!
