I really don't think you can block him. But i'll check... Not that I know of. I don't think you can block him. But you can try just talking to him. Try to get him to understand. The next step is to make another email and put all the contacts that you want to talk to onto the new email. Or you can go with the restraining order on him. Any of these might work. I'd do the new email one.
