In South Carolina a teacher was sentenced to 10 years for having sex with student... He was a 11 year old student.. Do u think she got enough time???
Because I dont, I think they should throw away the key, she was definetly old enough to know right and wrong, and he was just a child. They go through enough peer pressure at school without dealing with teachers like this. GOD has it came down so low that we have to worry about our grade school kids?? And what if this had been a male teacher, you think 10 years is all he would have got. (Dont think so!!!!!)

i think you are completely right I think if it had been a man they would have thrown the book at him and yes this is what it has come down to .

the male teacher would be spending more time in jail.
Can a 11 year old even have sex? She would have to be the one to put the idea in his head.
