My child is half mexican and half black. His grandparents told his father that they did not want a black child to carry their Montez name and the rest of the family would not accept him. So he moved back to Houston saying he would not be accepted in the hispanic community in Houston or his family and it was best if we stayed in another state. Of course he moved back with his family to Houston . Am I the only one who think this is bull, Are the Mexican families in Houston or other areas really like that? Is there soneone going through something similar?

Since the weather has been heating up, we've been getting these bugs in our house that look like craneflies but bigger and with large, reddish-brown bodies. I'm curious as to what they are and if they bite/sting/could be harmful, or if they're just freaky looking.

I have worked at my job in NYC for two years. The first year I owed $900 in income tax. I then requested to have my filing status changed to single-0. Our bookkeeper told me he did it and I accepted his word. Then this year, surprise… surprise, I owed $4,000. After some inquires, I found out that my bookkeeper was not withholding federal or state tax from my commission checks. So, to sum up: I was filled at single-1, I had a very low salary and therefore had a low tax bracket. I was paying taxes for that tax bracket. He never took federal or state tax from my commission checks, which put me in a much higher tax bracket…. Therefore I owed a huge amount of money. I tried to get him to change 1) my filing status and 2) add tax on my commission. He got defensive and started yelling. Nothing was changed. Eventually I went to my boss and asked him to speak with the bookkeeper. My request was ignored. Nothing changed. I kept pushing… talking to the bookkeeper, payroll and my bosses. I was to

Ok, so my schnauzer has fleas!!! Before anyone says anything I do have a clean house! Yes my yard has been treated too, however there are stray dogs and cats in my area and they get in my yard. I just left town recently and I bug bombed my home and put on his frontline plus. However he still has fleas. He's chewing up his back! Does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of them? Any help or tricks would be great!

I just got my airsoft CO2 Sigma in the mail today. In the manual it says that the slide should lock when ammo runs out, but it does not. It just keeps firing when I pull the trigger even when there are no bb's in it. I need it to lock so I know when it is out because it is bad to dry-fire it. Any Ideas to fix? Thanks

My friend was diving and found this shark tooth. I've never seen one quite this big. Im just wondering if there is any way to see maybe what kind of shark this is from? Or if it is worth anything. Just curious! :-) Any info will be helpful!

I know meaning in a baby's name is a lot to think about. I want something perfect. Nothing overused. The middle name has to be Kathleen. Anyone have ideas that would sound good with Kathleen and a german last name, starts with a B. I won't post it because it's very rare and you could find me. lol. I have a mating pair in my tank so I have about 9 guppies I think they are playts er something. I also have an african dwarf frog that I have seen nipping at the fish and I believe one of the guppies got too close. It has no tail!! I found it will some mucus like stuff around the "tail" (or where it is supposed to be) It looks at if their is still bone there. This sounds like a case where I couldn't do anything and it will die shortly, but this little fighter has lived pasted two nights with basicly no rear end!! How can I help it survive because personally if it is fighting to live I am going to fight for it to live too. There is one problem....can it poop? because if not then IT MAY DIE!!! help!
