I think its cute, you should do what you like. Who cares what everyone else thinks. I named my baby Gianna meaning God is gracious. Congrats on the baby!

I like the name Neveah, I know of 2 children with that name =)
Neveah Angel is the one I like the best.

i don't like the neveah thing. However, I do like Heaven as a name. a girl who i work with has a daughter named Heaven-leigh Angel

I think both of those names put together is a bit overdone. Think of how your daughter will feel once she reaches school age and others tease her for it. If I were you I would use Nevaeh as the middle name and go with a first name such as:
Angela Nevaeh
or
Angelina Nevaeh
then you can call her angel for short but she will still have a name she can use as her regular name without it being too overdone.

I've never really liked the Nevaeh thing that's going on. But out of the two, I would say Angel Nevaeh.

I think it is trying too hard. Angel is obviously spiritual, and so is Nevaeh (unless you can manage to find the 3 people on earth who do NOT know that it is 'heaven' spelled backwards).
