can someone get a restraining order if they have screenshots of comments from myspace harassing someone?

No idea if you can get one for that, but contact your local courthouse or police station (non emergency number) if you want to try and get one.

You can't get a restraining order just for comments. If they are threatening to your health than you can. For more information go to a local police office and bring the comments to them they can tell you more about it.

go to your local police station and file for a restraigning order. you will have to go to court with the party, so gather any evidence you can to show the judge that the person is a threat and needs to be restained

I don't know if you can get one for that reason, but If you go to your local courthouse they can tell you, and that's what you have to do to get one.
