If you believe he will, yes. He loved the attention you gave him as much as you loved him. All of God's good things go to Heaven...including Freddy.

If you believe he will be there than he will be. There are a lot of people who believe that animals don't have souls or won't go to heaven but personally I think that's nonsense. I don't see how anyone could look into the eyes of an animal and see no soul staring back. I suppose it all comes down to faith though. Personally I believe he will be.

Don't be sad, think of how good he made you feel. The love you shared is Heaven. He is part of the universe once again. The universe that you have always been apart of for all of eternity.
