I had an interview a week and a day ago. I thought it went really really well. It was for a lending position which i havent done before but am currently studying for diploma in that field. I havent heard back from the job though. I tried calling yesterday but he wasnt in the office at that time. It is now weekend. I just cant think of a reason that it would take this long if they were going to give me the job. What do you think? Anyone had to wait over a week and got offered a job?

I am on the dance team at my school and for finals, we have to come up with a routine of our own. I am going to choreograph a hip hop piece but i don't know which song to dance to. These days, all hip hop songs have been over killed by the radio or they just suck. help please =[

Will the commission be a "active reservist commission" or a standard active duty commission just like one would recieve out of OCS or the Naval Academy?
The reason I am asking is that I have a NROTC scholarship and am wondering how that will affect my commision upon graduation.

My husband and I are going on a trip and have to share a hotel room. We normally sleep in seperate rooms b/c of his snoring. I know I will not be able to sleep in the hotel with his LOUD snoring. I was thinking about some noice cancelling headphones or something like that so I can get some sleep that night too. I have treid earplufs and I can still hear him.

For those that know of or is disabled and have issues walking... Would you own a mobility scooter or wheel chair that had a gas motor verses or with an electric motor.

I am trying to get a local scooter store take serious mobility scooters that are hybrids. I myself am disabled and would love to be able to be out all day on my scooter. I cant due to the batteries life span.

If I do address the issue in an interview, can the prosopective employer call my previous employer and inquire about the specifics of my termination? Isn't is against the law for a previous employer to go into detail about a past employee?
