I Tickets OR e tickets. You may book only six tickets at a time. Nothing more than that.
You need to contact the booking office in person for bulk booking of tickets.

It is not possible to make a group booking ( above 6 ppl) either on i-ticket or e-ticket , you'll have to go to the station for that or else if you are in metro city look out for irctc authorised agents for that.

it is best to go to railway reservation counter in your city.
there may be a provision for bulk booking where u can get u job done
