Typically yes, especially if you know how she reacts, and of course it bothers me, because she isnt telling me what she wants me to do more of.

Sometimes and not really.
Good sex is two people 'working' toward a common goal. If she's not getting there I'd be more than glad to do my part to help. By faking, she's ruining it for herself because I can't give her what I don't know she wants.
