I have seen this over and over on here, people are so quick to judge someone else, over a simple response. Hardly enough to get a full idea of anothers knowledge or opinions. Also, to attack the asker for "asking" a question. Obviously the questions asked are for people to learn by reading the opinions and knowledge of others. Can we not just share what we know and let the asker learn and research from our responses without calling people stupid, ignorant etc. etc.?

The intend of carbon offsets is a good one, and very idealistic, but does it really work? Gore may be purchasing them in bulk to live a "Zero Carbon" lifestyle, but does that make it okay for him to fly in a private plane, live in a mansion that uses 20x more power than the average household? He may preach to the public to conserve energy and to buy carbon offsets which we can get from his company, but why not cut back further on his own use?

I will be taking my first flight (and first time even in an airport) on the 10th with one stop that will be 30 minutes...what should I be do when it's my layover? Do I get my luggage and carry it to the next plane or do they do that automatically? Is there anything I need to know or be aware of before I fly? I will be flying on Delta Airlines with a stop in Salt Lake City (I'm leaving from Birmingham, AL to Anchorage, AK). Thanks!

Ok, I have this hamster. he was acting so weird yesterday night. he has been doing this 2 times now. he wasnt moving n just looking at me. he was acting like he was a statue (kinda freezing) or something like that. sometimes he climbed like a monkey and doing like an acrobat. :s he is sooo funny. whats wrong with my hamster? hahaha

Im a 23 year old single female with no children. I have recently been diagnosed with a blocked fallopian tube. I have always wanted children. The doctors keep stepping around the question when I ask them if I can still have children. So, unfortunatly, I turned to the internet for answers, and it doenst look good. Apparantly, if one is messed up, the the other one probably is too, giving me about a 10% chance. Im an only child, and the thought of not being able to give my parents grandchildren is just unbearable. So basically, I really need to hear some positive personal experiences with situations like this. Anyone been told they couldnt have children for reasons like this and had them anyway? I would love to hear some. All of these stupid doctors have avoided the issue because they believe a 23 year old unmarried woman has no business thinking about children. The curse of the bible belt I guess. So, anyway, please just give me some good news for once, cuz i feel pretty hopeless.

30 Billion for aids program and trying to help suffering of refugees in Darfur...WHY NOW? Dont get me wrong by all means it is great. BUt when politicians do a complete 360 like this you have to wonder WHATS ON THEIR MIND. For 6 years it has been IRAQ IRAQ but now with his last 22 months in Office Its AFRica Africa. Is he doing it to win more votes for the next Republican President? We all know politicains will finally start to do the right thing towards the end of their election to build up enough votes next round as if we didn't know that for the first 3/4 of their election they did nothing.
Did they just find more OIL in Algeria then in all of Egypt and north of its border

Dog Fighting is bad. I recognize that. That being said, however, wouldn't the time and money that is being spent on the Mike Vick case be much better spent on finding murderers, rapists, pedophiles, child abusers, etc...? Va has the highest murder per capita rate of any state, and they're worried about dogs? Right now some drunk dad is beating and sexually abusing his children, and they're worried about dogs? Right now some homeless guy is being turned away in a food line, because the money that would have bought his meal is being spent on an investigation about...dogs? I don't get it. Seems to me like the DA has a skewed agenda and is grossly neglecting true priorities in order to make a name for himself through a high profile case about...dogs. Do you agree/disagree? Why or Why not?

I think D, E, and possibly B or True but I'm not certain, on the others I have no clue.
