hacking email and data records outside of the BlueBerry yes... But the unit itself without you knowing...NO...to hack a blueberry the hacker would have to have it and pretty much connect it to a system that only law enforcement and private security agencies use that cost 50K+...however, make sure no one got a hold of your blueberry and put any forwarding rules to forward any messages to them.

Any device that has access to the internet, (even through e-mail), can be hacked into.

as far as i know, anything that can connect to the internet can be hacked into. how? i don't know, but just be careful out there!
