In Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 2, act 3, scene 1, the king has a soliloquy. It begins, "How many thousand of my poorest subjects / Are at this hour asleep! O sleep, O gentle sleep, . . ." At the end, he declares, "Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown." My Web searches cannot find the source of the *extremely* widespread MISquotation above. I'm guessing there's contamination from the party game of "Heavy, heavy hangs over thy head" (see http://childrenparty.com/partygames/printversion/forfeits.html and very differently http://www.mythicjourneys.org/mythkids_oct06_halloween_forfeits.html ), but that's all it is--a guess. Web searches on "heavy hangs" "uneasy lies" head wear crown yield nothing useful.

Every dog we've ever had has run away, but now my mom wants another one. My dad doesn't and they've really been at odds about this. I'm just worried that my dad won't love the dog if it comes and my mom will only get angrier at him. Ordinarily, we all love dogs, but just can't bear to have our hearts broken again. I don't think getting a dog is a good idea. Is there any way I can reason with her. My mother is very bad on following through on commitments and lacks the patience to properly train a dog or take it to obedience school. Therefore the responsibility for feeding, exercising, disciplining, and picking up after the dog will likely fall on my dad, who already is very busy with work, since my mother won't. She probably wants the dog because her children are all starting to grow up and leave her, but a dog is a 13-15 year commitment, and I don't want to see anyone hurt, including my parents or an innocent dog.

ok im working on an all DIY and hand made experimental water culture system and im almost done with it except the lights and lighting related material and issues... now i know what i need if i was to purchase a final product from stores but i just needed to know if its possible (of course not with too much risk or problems, plz explain if u know of any) to use a mogul based grow light with a medium base converter directly without using a ballast or do i HAVE to use a ballast?

I hope i made myself clear enough but let me know and i'll add more details or clarify exactly what im taking about! Thx

My son recently has shown a lot of signs needing to potty: One of the major signs is the fact that every morning [for the past few days] he's been taking his diaper off and making a 'mess' [pooping] on the floor.

He says a few words but not many so I doubt he'll be able to tell me verbally when he has to go.

If I put him on the potty he will go but he doesn't go to the potty automatically.

He goes on the same spot on the floor every time he takes his diaper off.

I'm eager to start potty training but worry that this is too soon. I went out today to get him some underwear and/or pull-ups but they don't even make them in his size.

What do you think? Are we ready? If so, how did you potty train your child?

Thanks!!

that are close, friends, and cant figure out why! I am not cocky or rude. and i am not trying to piss anyone off, actually i try not to. i get along well with most people and do well at work. the people that i piss off somehow are usually REALLY bent and they dont confront me but act out against me usually in public around other people (just happened recently) is this normal to have this from some people. I'd stop being friend with this imparticular person but we hang out with the same people so I run in to him all the time. Usually I dish it right back at them but I'd rather know what their (or my?) problem is and fix it to end the BS
