In the morning i have 1- 2 cups of cereal ( normally special K, honey bunches of oates, wheaties, or fiber one cereal ) , with 3/4 cup 1 % milk, i also have a small-medium sized bannana with it. 3 hours later i have a 190 calorie protein bar, or some fruit, then 3 hours later i have a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, 200 calories ( i use whole wheat + natural peanut butter 1tbs + a table spoon of jam sweetened with splenda ) with the sandwhich ill have an apple or pair, and another protein bar for 160 calories. 3 hours later i have another bar for 140 calories, and 2 hours later for dinner, ill have chicken, cereal ( same size as breakfast ) with another peice of fruit. as for my workout routine, i am a part of a football team, and jump rope 3 times a week for 30 minutes . Im 6,1 6,2 and weigh about 175 pounds, do u think this would be a good diet to lose fat? i lost a lot of weight already, and just trying to get firm. any help would be appreciated. thank you.
