It is a perfect diet for getting symptoms that resemble full-on "type 1" diabetes, and, if you are a born meat eater, don't get off of it by immediately eating steak and eggs every morning. A sudden change to fueling for native ominvore would probably cause the sensation that is called heartburn, but causes sensation that nurses and mothers interpret to be heart attack symptoms. It is also the perfect diet to lose muscle and gain padding of water and fat. It sounds as though you also may be getting more sodium per week than the Indian ocean contains - except I think the Indian Ocean still has NaCl, and those bars only have Na, which would possibly give high blood pressure. And if the cereal and protien bars are anything like the one's around here, "low sodium" ones have effectively more sodium sans iodine to give danger-appearing high blood pressure within an hour to a week (they contain salts for "flavor," but no salt for human beings), and, also, give the symptoms of thyroid defect (but it is like lightning attack goiter, a nutrition deficiency condition).

Try a hard boiled egg and anything that isn't a bar; a cheeseburger, if you can find real American cheese;
a few salted nuts and lobster, if you are saving enough cash; (or) imitation crab meat, if it is a brand that is low on sweet and high on grams of protien - 7 or more per 1/2 cup serving.

The four food groups, grains, meat, fruits and vegetables, and dairy - minus the grains - would probably help, that is assuming there are any of the three you are missing in the area where you reside. You might like 2% or whole milk also. Otherwise, when you can swallow vitamins, a multi-vitamin/mineral without iron (mens' formula), and a separate iron every couple or few days, if you are at least average "physically active" and under thirty years of age (less active, less iron).

If you are normal human, as are at least 90% of the population, then great luck getting rid of the symptoms of diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid "problems," and heart attack that your diet would cause {and with the nouveau medicine, if you have regular doctor's(s') "suggestions," the pressure from the heart attack that they say you might have, because of the "readings."}

Reminder: withdraw gradually from the easy-to-pack diet.

I would get rid of the protein bars, and get rid of the cereal for dinner. Add some rice and a side salad with vegetables to your dinner, and also replace the protein bar in the morning with an apple with peanut butter, or an apple with almonds.
Instead of the peanut butter and jelly, eat a turkey sandwich with some mustard and low-fat mayo, and a couple of slices of tomato, and some spinach leaves. You could also add some more low-fat dairy to your diet.

ALL the diet will do is help you to lose weight ... and you may be getting a bit too much carbohydrate (which turns to sugar in your body), and not enough green leafy vegetables ... but that can be 'easily tweaked' so generally, your diet is 'good' but should be 'better' but you can 'tweak it' over time.
Now, to get 'firm' you need to pay a lot more attention to your 'exercise'. You play football, and you jump rope three times a week for 30 minutes, and you should keep up with that, but you'll need to do some other exercises to 'firm your body ALL OVER and not just in your legs and arms. To firm your torso (belly, chest, and your 'backside' and back) you should find some easy exercises that concentrate on the 'center part' of your body ... and you should do at least 30 minutes of those EVERY DAY for at least six months ... you won't 'see' much improvement, but if you take a 'naked picture' of you now, and take another 'naked picture' of yourself in six months and compare them side by side, you WILL see the difference, and be 'very impressed with yourself. I didn't 'outline' any exercises, because I can't 'see you' ... but your football coaches can, and they should know what your 'best exercizes' will be to 'firm up your center' ... and that will make you a 'much better football player' too.
GOOD LUCK!

Forget eating regimen I consume like a horse and I best weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat more commonly, if feasible each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a steady deliver of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is far much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of prime protein meals and do not cross too rough at the carbs. Try cross handy on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the bizarre deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon consistent with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely toward your total water consumption. As for endeavor I do a little gentle weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing laptop) 2 days per week with one days leisure. There is a usual notion that doing cardiovascular endeavor on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well proposal as muscles burns plenty of vigour, even even as you sleep. You do not ought to turn out to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll convert to muscles is not going to best make you appear greater however expand your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep may be predominant whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

You need more fruits and vegetables for sure. Also there is not a ot offiber in your diet exccept maybe in the fruit. Veggies, beans, Fiber One mixed in with your regular cerreal would all help. It seems rather bready and high in sugar to me too - those protein bars have loads of ugar in them as a rule, and are really calorie-dense.

Everything sounds pretty good, but Im concerned about the peanut butter... you should substitute it for soy butter or something that can give you more protein and less fat.
Also, substitute your sugar/splenda for maple syrup because it will give you more health benefits.

Cereal probably has too much sugar in it.
Splenda is bad bad bad for you so either use sugar or cut out the jam completely.
You also dont eat nearly enough veggies.

I wouldn't eat all that cereal on a diet. All that sugar and it mostly contains carbs.
