how can i get a new flash player for my psp?

when I go to a website on my psp to watch videos it tells me to get a new flash player how do i get it

The Flash player that works with the PSP in the web browser does not play Flash movies at this time. But you can find some free convertors. Or you can go to these sites and get videos that are already PSP compatible - http://www.guba.com/home_free and http://psp.connect.com
