Understanding. W/ it, you can form a strong foundation of trust. You can also build a love strong enough to stand up to any negative factors that try to destroy it. It can also help create a better sex life by allowing each partner to better understand the sexual needs and wants of the other. In this way, each partner can realize what pleases the other most and the compromises/adjustments that must be made in that area.

there all important for a good long lasting relationship.but i would say love would be the most important, provided you know what the word really means.if you love some one you should trust and under stand them anyway and if you love some one you should have a good sex life anyway, when 2 ppl truly love each other it's not sex it's making love.theres also a few youve left out but one important one you forgot is affection.
