I have an 03 Dodge Dakota... I haven't had the oil changed in a while... a few days ago the "Check gauges" light kept coming on and a "clicking" sound when I was in park mode. Well last night I pull into my driveway and the entire truck shuts off.

It takes several turns to start it back up.. and when it does, the entire engine and truck starts to shake, giving off a loud noise like something is loose. I checked the oil and it almost had no oil, and no water in the radiator.

I put oil and water in and the "check gauges" light went off but the "check engine" light came on and when I started the truck, it began to jerk real hard, still making a loud noise.

Anyone know what this means?

Once in a while when I shop for new sneakers, I wear my sandals when I shop, and browse around to find new sneakers, and when I find a pair that interests me, and the clerk at the store goes into the stock room to obtain them, and s/he hands them to me they allow me to try them on without socks. I even do this when I am not wearing any socks in my sneakers. I will try them on without socks. THe clerk doesn't even ask me if I wouild like a sock. I did this the other day, and tried on a pair of sneakers without socks, and I even bought them. However, sometimes I do not buy them. I even see other customers try on sneakers without socks. Has anybody did this before?

if a person was harassing you and hitting your car while u was waiting to leave a parking late and they moved infront of your car and you hit them. (there was a cop nearby who saw the harrasment from two men and only laughed about the situation) can you get any jail time, etc?

That's a broad and vague question. Nothing would make me happier than if this utopian idea were possible, but wouldn't the U.S. economy collapse, or at least decline if it were to drastically reduce CO2 emissions and use manufacturing processes that caused less environmental damage?

We see all the posters talking about War profits companies are making.

Does anyone have any facts to back up such alligations ?

I did some checking on KBR profits and found that they made :

In 2004 KBR lost 303 million dollars.

In 2005 KBR made 240 mill on sales of 10.1 bill, profit 2.4%

In 2006 KBR made 168 mill on sales of 9.6 bill, profit 0.94%


Now that doesn't seem like much war profit to me.

Not when you consider the NY Times made something like 26% profit last year.

So help us out, show us before and after profit figures from companies you think are profiting off the war.

when i start my computer from a power button my computer processor fan just starts a bit and then goes out...
it stops after 5 sec but the motherboard is fine.supply to motherboard is coming but only the processor fan stops ater 5 min and computer does not starts...

Ok, last night I was walking over to my bed and the frame is metal and sliced my leg!! Everyone is asleep so I just slapped a band-aid on it and went to sleep.. This morning I took the band-aid off and naturally it was bloody...but it is also a yellow-ish color....is it infected? My mom is a registered nurse, but she is asleep because she works third shift at a trama hospital....what should I do?
