I ask as I have just ruined another top from fat splashing on it and wonder where the old tradition went?

no, i don't and i always ruin my clothes and then i think, why didn't i wear an apron?..

Yes! I love my aprons - it might sound a little silly, but I enjoy feeling totally domestic, like June Cleaver (minus the heels!) and play music while I'm cooking. Its relaxing after days of tough decisions and I never ruin my clothes. I also wear an apron when gardening and sometimes when painting.

I wear an apron. It says 'I'm in charge'. U can get them with all sorts of funny
messages. Aprons arent nececcerily old. U can get funky modern ones 2! Go wild!

The only time I would wear an apron while cooking is if I had company over. Otherwise, don't cook in you nice clothes.

well when cooking something messy and you don't want to get you shirt best bet would to wear an apron.

I do! I love to cook and especially love to bake. I always helped in the kitchen growing up and my Mother always wore one. I have several that are super cute. My boyfriend says I look HOT when I wear them. They really do help, plus you can wipe your hands all over them:)

yes i do...especially when i get home from work and head right to the kitchen to make supper..i have a really cute one i had gotton a few years ago that i keep hanging up right in the kitchen...it is worth it compared to replacing clothes
