you hire someone to dispose of something for you and then turn around and reclaim it............... they havent disposed of it for you and now (most likely because they've found out its worth something either on the open market or personally) they decide they'd rather keep it and profit monetarily and neglect to dispose of it.......................... that way they collect from you for disposing of it and they get the value of it as well............. the way to avoid this is to not collect for disposal

well in a civil action undertakings are what the other side promises to provide to the other party or their counsel

a breach is when you do something that you have been ordered not to do

so a breach of undertaking would be when you promised to provide something to one side and never complied with their request
