I work as an independent contractor doing computer tech support. I've never been paid before as a contractor so i'm not too sure about the whole tax thing. My main question is this. A few months back I got a federal tax ID for a business I wanted to start. Well would it be more financially benifical to me to have my employer pay me directly as an independent contractor or should he pay me under my company name and federal tax ID number?
Which one would give me more deductions?
Also what percentage would I want to deduct to cover taxes if I was in the $30K-$40K and $40K-$50K a yr pay range, being single, no assets, no property, 1 child not claiming as a dependent.

I saw someone write that Jesus will forgive any sin, I find tht bull, If you kill someone, You shouldn't just get entirelly forgiven cause you regret it later.

What do you think will he forgive any sins, or just sins that aren't inhumane.

My dad's a type 2 diabetic so I've started reading up on it to get a better understanding of what he should/shouldn't eat. But I'm very confused about whether or not he should be avoiding certain fruits. I know that pure fruit juices should be avoided but I've heard that diabetics should avoid certain fruits (which are apparently too high in sugar). On the other hand, I'm sure I've heard that all fruit is okay. Which is it (bearing in mind that he is a type 2 & not a type 1 diabetic)? I haven't had much luck finding the answer in the stuff I've read so far

I'm wanting to participate in some air gun battles with my friends but I was wondering if I could get in trouble having one on me or in my car? I am on probation and my po says it's not a violation for me to have a non deadly weapon but if for some reason I were to get in any trouble for having it and go to jail that could be a violation. I want *Honest* answers....
Just for the sake of seeing where you guys are musically, do you think the above mentioned bands (or current bands like them) will be seen in a similar grand light in 30+ years as bands of the past like say, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin &/or Queen?

I deliberately did Not include The Beatles b/c No One compares to them. In a class alone. FAR too unfair to even think of it....
