There first sentence doesn't make very much sense.
I think what they are trying to say is "how are you". This can be done by either using the word vai or by using está but not both in the same sentence.
For example: Como vai você? or Como està você? (Você is simply the actual spelling of vc).
The second sentence means "Where are you working?"
For the guy who said that it is badly written Portuguese, it's not really badly written, it's just computer slang. Sort of like how we us lol, l8r, BTW, etc.

Portuguese, bad spelled. The translation to English is:
How are you?
Where are you working? or Where is your job?
