How can i make a link that can take the me to a seperate part of the page (Like at the Bottom)?

If you mean, from the top of the page, to the bottom?
At the top:

To the bottom

...and at the bottom...

Here you are

There are two steps.

1) create an anchor at the point you want the link to take you to:

2) On the same page create a link to #whatever.

On other pages you could create links to pagename.htm#whatever.
