No Smoke and too close?

What a great place to live here in Ohio. First the minority got thier way and we have a smoking ban. I can't even smoke in the VA building. Now we are going to have another law that says, you cannot get any closer than 6 ft to a stripper. Boy, they take the fun out of everything. Does anyone else out there want a DO -GOODER law passed to protect us from ourselves. If so, let me know what your new law will be.

my boyfriend continues to watch porn online?

My boyfriend continues to watch porn and masturbate with these trash bags online.
I have expressed my feelings, i have cried, i have yelled I have cried over and over telling him that its killing me, that i cannot handle this.
he promises never to do it again, and then goes back into it.
we started seeking some councelling and even after the councelling he continues to watch.
At times he has not answered my calls because he is busy online
at times he has not made love, because he already got off on the trash online.
PLEASE..........i cant handle this anymore....please help me.

wanting to diet.. details inside?

124lbs.
a girl i know is two inches taller than me and weighs 116 and looks fine.
i've been wanting to diet.. or lose weight and i'm not quite sure how. i want to become a tad thinner but i don't want to look anorexic.
i just went to shed some stuff in a few areas. [thighs. stomach. arms]. any exercise plans anyone knows?
i am drinking a lot of water.
and getting a lot of sleep so i have no problem there.
i am in a body sculpting class, but it doesn't do that much for me except tone.
i want to LOSE weight.
like 5 lbs.
[and NO i am not basing my weight difference from the girl given in the _EXAMPLE_.].
i've always wanted to lose a few lbs.
any help?

Have I done a good job eating healthy today?

Today, I ate the following.....

Breakfast-9am
1 bowl shredded wheat cereal w/ 2% milk
Handful of Almonds
Water

Lunch-1pm
Turkey Sandwich w/ Veggies on it,
Water

Dinner5pm
Small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast w/ Steamed Broccoli and Carrots
Water

I don't eat after 6pm. I weigh 315lbs and I've been eating this way since, April 1st. That day, I weighed 328lbs so I know it's working. I indoor walk 4miles everyday. I only drink Water. My current weight is 315lbs. If I keep this up everyday, will I lose 20lbs or more before August 21st?

trust issues?

Is he being too harsh. I have a boyfriend who is recently going through a divorce, his ex knows my ex and on a phone conversation she was putting me down, I casually asked why he did not defend me in his conversation as I was standing right there and he got very emontional and angry and told me that i do not trust him at all and now he is pulling away from our relationship. He told me he defended me but i did not hear it.

how should i go about this? we get along great and love each other very much, I am confused though he said love comes first then trust, I tried to explain that I do trust him If i didnt I would have not got together with him, I beleive in any relationship love and trust go hand in hand I have appologized.
His ex feels I broke them up which I didn't and at times I hate that people think that of me.
