What a great place to live here in Ohio. First the minority got thier way and we have a smoking ban. I can't even smoke in the VA building. Now we are going to have another law that says, you cannot get any closer than 6 ft to a stripper. Boy, they take the fun out of everything. Does anyone else out there want a DO -GOODER law passed to protect us from ourselves. If so, let me know what your new law will be.

Yea, I've even heard it's illegal to smoke in your car in Ohio if you have a child under the age of 18 present. And it could be Ohio that doesn't allow company drivers to smoke in the truck they are operating. Only owner/operators are permitted to smoke in their truck while passing through the great state of Ohio. And as far as the stripper thing goes, that will probably pretty much put the "gentleman's clubs" right out of business.
But I don't think it will be too much longer before other states enact similar legislation, if they don't all ready have it on the books, to even further restrict smoking and smokers rights. They might as will just make smoking illegal and get it over with.

we should hang out i smoke like 24 cones of weed a day, on my birthday i smoke 45.

I just don't get how certain laws are only one sided...
e.g. you can't smoke in bars 'cuz it's bar for 'customers' but you can smoke at home... and noone gives a da_mn about the kids at home...
how is that so?
