Of course Lance Armstrong always wears it because it is one of the items his Cancer Foundation "LIVESTRONG" sells in order to raise funds for their cause.
Since Lance is a Nike Endorser I think his foundation collaborated with Nike to come up with the Yellow Livestrong Bracelet. (fyi Lance Armstrong is a cancer survivor)
