first check the sticker on the door frame or inside the gas door. then keep an eye on your tires for wear. if the wear on the outside edges, add air a couple pounds at a time. if they wear on the inside(middle) decrease the air pressure a couple pounds at a time. remember, for every 10 degrees outside air temp change your tire pressure will change 2-3 pounds. always check tire pressure before driving your car while the tires are cold.

There should be a little sticker on the inside of the driver's door that tells you the recommended PSI for your particular vehicle. Use a tire gauge (available at any hardware, auto parts, or discount store) to find out what your tires are inflated to. Most gas stations have an air pump you can use if you need to add air.

look on your tires it should tell you whats max psi on them. i usually keep them somewhat close to that.
