I would take one night, --job or no job --and meet him at his work after closing, too much bar time for him isn't good. Girl, I would quit my job, I don't care I would be there.

You don't need him to come home he has the right to have a couple of drinks after work and hang out with ppl before he comes home. Just because your married to him doesn't mean you can tell him what to do and how to do it.
He loves you so don't you be worried that he is going to do something wrong but if you keep going on like this he will get sick of it and leave you and thats the last thing I think you would want to happen.

Sounds like he needs to get a different job. You need to set up some boundaries in your relationship that you both agree to follow. Say only one night a week he stays after work, but then in turn you get to do the same thing without him. You set up the rules together as a team because that is what you are a team.

Why is it important to you that he is home when you are not? Unless he is overspending, or neglecting things at home, let him decide what to do when he is on his own. If it is a trust issue, has he given you any reason NOT to trust him? If not, he is going to get sick of being questioned like a criminal. I was married to a man who was always questioning me when I had done nothing to warrant it, and I got fed up. You know what they say-the one who is always questioning their innocent partner is doing it because THEY are cheating.

I assume he works days.If you work nights theres nothing for him to go home to except an empty house.Sounds like you dont trust him.You both need to work the same shifts or one of you need to quit working.

You start going to hang out after work! Sometimes you have to prove a point.

when you work at a place that attracts losers looking for no good. i guess its kinda hard for it not to rub off on him.he should change jobs to a classy place and he will make more money too.if you have kids you should leave him if he doesn't want to change.
