I am not fat at all, but I keep eating and eating even after I am full and I know that after a while all this will catch with me. I try to stop but I always go back for one more bowl of chips or another scoop of ice cream, and then another and another and once I stop I've realized I've eaten a half of new bag of chips, etc. It's becoming so much of a problem that I can't buy snacks anymore because I know I will just keep eating them.
How can I stop doing this before it gets too late?
