We bought the game years ago, and I want to install it. But I can't find any registration code to install it. We have all the original boxes and the cases, but there's no code. What can I do? And how can I possibly contact a person at ea?

Try this site http://www.serialsite.com/ It cracks SOME serial codes. Good luck! Or just go to EA Games website and find the "contact us" link. I hope my link helps. I love the Sims!

Type Sims or The Sims in the search bar.

The code should be in the box, if not then it would be nearly impossible to retrieve the code from EA if you purchased the game from a store and not through an email online.. It it was through an email online, then just contact them from their site on their email on the box and maybe they can retrieve it for you..

Good luck,

Wont help contacting EA, they just tell you to buy another copy as theres no real proof you are the legal owner, plus its your responsbility to safe guard your licence.

download limewire and you cansearch for sim code and you will eventually find one that works though you might have to screen them for viruses before trying them.
