It's just your growing rate through puberty. Many women have one breast that is bigger than the other, it's completely normal. Estrogen, the female growth hormorne is what will make them bigger and probably HGH (Human Growth Hormone) a man made suppliment based in the form of injections. But if you are that desperate you could get implants. But dont worrie most guys don't really like huge ****. For myself i like A or B cup because i like a pretty face and a nice personality and probably nice legs too.But seriously hun dont get too worked up on it its like guys and penis size or height, noone really cares anyway exept you.

Hormones.
It is NOT all hereditary. My mom was a C cup and I ended up being a J cup. SO its not necessarily "in the genes".
Pregnancy and weight gain too.
