What makes electricity flow, whats the efect of electricity flowing, and how it becomes static.

Electricity is the flow of e- or charged particles from one place to another. Static is caused by electrons being "rubbed off" one item and collecting on another. Electricity flows due to an electric potential difference. That means that a difference in charges builds up so that the positive and negative charges are separated. This is an unnatural condition and electric current will flow to solve this condition.
