What kind of junk is this? Not only has he NOT tried to visit or support my daughter in anyway for the last 5 years (no calls, no birthday/Christmas presents, no loving conversations, NOTHING) but all of a sudden I get served papers for an upcoming court date for visitation purposes?? Come ON!

Yeah, I am a single mother. And no, I'm not looking for sympathy...we're doing just fine. :) But my question is...should a man like this REALLY be given visitation by a judge in a court of law? I've spoken to people who actually say that happened to them. The judge pretty much said "well, he's trying now....blah blah blah". He was never a good father...we moved away to get away from his verbal abuse when my daughter was 4. She is now nine. Going crazy here...any suggestions?

anyway norton got rid of it.i dont have it anymore. but why norton did not prevent my pc to get that virus? my second question. i am gonna buy new laptop. can i use my old norton cd in the new laptop? its 163 days remaning. thanks

My husband is a very adept manipulator, so good in fact that no one realises they are being manipulated. He is a narcissist.
He had a very bad relationship with his mother and has severely damaged the relationship between my son and I. He has created a gulf with his lies or HALF TRUTHS making it so hard to uncover the truth. He has a hidden agenda of not liking women but he needs women to give him his power. So he works with vulnerable women and disabled children.
He thinks he's a good dad but I've begged him not to get into my (adult) sons head as I hear him do all the time.
He is playing a really dirty game now he's met a wealthy client he's having a relationship with. he is projecting on me all the very horrible things he is doing. He's telling my son I'm playing unfair, he's the one who's closing accounts, moving money and pretending he's having a tough time. Now my son believes him. This man's quote to me is no one will beat him..He crosses professional boundaries unchallanged

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years now and we are quite happy and are even living together, we have sex all the time except when its that time of the month and I cant have sex, yesterday was one of them I wasn’t feeling too well and I was tired so I couldn’t even do anything with him.. that’s when he started touching himslef and started mastubating in the same bed I was with him. I didn’t say anything as I WAS ABSOLUTELY shocked…He has never done this before and although I understand that it can be hard for guys at times but is that something I should be worried about as I have never seen this happen before. I just obviously slep off in disbeleive…Is this normal???

Okay, here it the thing - "top contributor" here, who owns a boutique in real life, hates Oprah Winfrey and thinks that her mind can be controlled by people like Oprah. So I answered to her that nobody can control your mind and add "silly moo". I did not intend to offend her and later said sorry. She keeps searching for my answers and making nasty answers. Why? She learnt that I was unfairly dismissed and said a hurtful things "I am not surprised". I am not going down to her level (to hell with her)- I just wish that people would get 100 points down if their intention is to be nasty. I bet they are not as courageous in life - I would be curious to see if they had guts to tell me stuff out there, where they can't hide behind the computer screen!

I admit that some racists will use this information to criticize all members of the groups mentioned, but they are already racists and will find always find some reason to criticize.
When a non-racist wants to help one of these groups, say the blacks or the indians, how can he help if he is going to be called a racist? How can you help anyone if you don't first admit that there is a problem, and name the problem? You can't help by hiding the problem. The group with the problem can't help themselves by pretending that the problem does not exist.
Shouldn't the people who answer on this Yahoo Answers service stop shouting racist everytime someone mentions a problem that some members of a particular group have? Couldn't most of the country's racial problems have been solved years ago, if we weren't afraid to discuss them honestly and openly?

How long can it take to recover from a torn ligament and a Baker's cyst (which is just a fluid filled sac behind the knee)?! It's been three weeks today since I injured it. I Think about Ichiro, Hideki Matusi and the others and they all seem to give more of themselves to the game than many American players. The Japanese player will run hard on every ground ball in the infield while some of the American players are jogging. Matusi apologized to the fans last year when he injured himself on a hustle play and was out for the season. Have you ever seen a Japanese player ejected from a game for arguing with the umpire? Go to a game and look who is signing autographs for the kids. Is it culture or respect, and do the American players need to step it up a notch?

I don know what went wrong... My system was just normal, i was jus surfing through the internet ( disabling the antivirus)... But i had the Firewall turned on... I restarted the computer, and my computer is now hanging at the Windows Logo....I tried with the Safe mode, last known good configuration,,, No go... any idea(other than formatting the C drive?)
