Yes ~ Why not ~ I have seen UFO(s) & other paranormal objects as well as other people ~ I have my stories on my blog, and I have other people stories added linked to my blog.
I have never seen aliens ~ I believe in Jinns, which can transform into ET/Aliens & other things. If you would like to read more about Jinns as well, come to my blog.
Also, whenever you have time, look at ~ UFO Contactee ~ James Gilliland talking to Art Bell from Coast to Coast Radio~ Video ~ Part 1-12 ? I will add a link to part 3, which goes right into details.
I hope that I was helpful with my sources.

Those who drive cool UFOs could only be humans coming from either an earlier of later era on earth.
Like, imagine some mighty wizard, during the middle age, built a device to sail the skies and successfully went though a hole in the ozone layer (if ozone there was at that time).
From there... if he travelled far enough along the curve of space and time, he might have reached the Earth in another time.
His engine, if you ask, could have been as simple as a balloon inflated with helium and surrounded with a carcasse of aluminium, or similar metal like scandium or titanium, with inside a device to generate and recycle oxgygen+food like healthy plants (because don't forget plants can grow from our remains and transfort that into fruit, if only we give them enough light and soil).
How can go such a device go if buyoancy constantly accelerates it in comsos, I don't know (for cosmos is NOT empty, nowhere --- full of asteroid dust and the like).
One of Edgar Allan Poe's stories tells about a similar situation. But the guy was from modern times and he wanted to explore the moon.

UFO's become IFO's if we have all the data on their sightings. Believers will never admit that, of course. There are hoaxes and misidentifications galore on this subject. If there were really any UFO's, we would have some indisputable evidence for it, rather than nonsense.

I've never seen one nor evidence of any in our universe. I don't believe in the popular notion of aliens (little men with long limbs, big bald heads, large black almond-shaped eyes, flitting about the universe in flying saucers looking for subjects to probe). But I do allow for the *possibility* of intelligent life somewhere out there. There are countless galaxies out there. I suppose it's possible for life (in any form) to exist in one (or more) of them. Without scientific data to objectively determine the existence or non-existence, I just can't say one way or the other.
But it'd be kinda cool to encounter one, eh?

Yeah, because UFO are UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT.
For Example, a plane was detected yet unknown, they call it unidentified fyling object because it's unidentified.
