Have to agree with the Benoit-MVP feud. I thought their match at WM 23 would suck, but it didn't. In the UK, WM started at 12 AM (midnight) and when MVP made his entrance, I almost fell asleep but when the match was halfway, it suddenly woke me up. I didn't feel tired at all. That match was the best match in WM23. Count Backlash as well and don't forget their 2-out of-3 falls match.

It's a tough call because I haven't watched too many PPV's this year. Raw and Smackdown have put on a lot of clinic's lately, that doesn't make the decision easier. I know what match I want to see that's being acclaimed as the match of the year, and that's the Texas Death Match between Chris Harris and James Storm in TNA at Sacrifice.
Based off of what I've seen, Benoit and MVP have had quite a few good matches, and their match at mania was an eye opener to MVP nay-sayers. I'll go with Benoit v. MVP at mania, because it takes a lot to break the stigma of being a sucky wrestler, and Porter did it in about thirty minutes.

One of my favorite matches of the year was The money in the bank ladder match at Wrestlemania. I was really good. I also liked the fatal four way tag team match between. London & Kendrick, The Hardyz, MNM and Regal & Taylor. That match was tight.
Oh and On ECW the originals vs The New Breed extrem rules. When Elijah Burke drove Sabu's head through the table that was amazing. And the royal rumble for sure. That is allways the best match.

Benoit and MVP has definitely surprised me. I thought their match at WM would've been lame but it turned out to be much better then i thought. i look forward to their match at Judgment Day. The match of the year in my honest opinion, from everything I've seen this past year (trust me i've seen alot) has to be John Cena vs HBK in England I believe it was. For a match like that to be on Raw and for them to wrestle nearly an hour spoke volumes about both men. It showed that HBK still has it, even at 42 years old, and it shows that John Cena is a bit more then just a "4-move" wrestler.

Best this year:Taker vs. Batista at Wrestlemaina I would have liked the hbk match better if he would have won.
Favourite match of all time: DX vs. The McMahon's at Summer slam 06' that was CRAZY! I watch that match 20 times in a row and I never get tired of it. I am not lying about watching it 20 times either.
Worst match: Taker losing to Edge. At that point it was no longer a competition of talent.

To be honest, I think the best match I've seen this year was the Texas Death Match between Chris Harris and James Storm at Sacrifice. That was one of the greatest matches I've seen ever.

I would have to agree with raph the mvp crippler match was really good who knew MVP could wrestle that good
