Your Internet Speed (allotted bandwidth from your ISP)

Internet traffic on your network.

The internet connection speed of the remote site you are downloading from.

What your computer is doing at the time you're downloading (If you are using other programs at the time which can eat up system resources)

How many others are trying to download the same file you are at that moment.
